No Returns & No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
However, order modifications are allowed within a limited time after placing your order.

If you need to modify your order (such as color or item changes), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect all items before shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
Each case will be reviewed, and an appropriate resolution will be provided at our discretion.

Lost Packages

Hijab Hub is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
